Define the audience, product problem, use case, legal entity and early collaborators.
Phase 02 · Planned
Legal and economic design
Obtain jurisdiction-specific advice; document token rights, supply, allocation and risk disclosures if a token is justified.
Phase 03 · Planned
Prototype and testnet
Build a limited prototype, conduct internal testing, assess usability and review the threat model.
Phase 04 · Conditional
Independent assurance
Commission technical review and address findings. Publish verified documentation and operating policies.
Phase 05 · Conditional
Launch decision
Consider a public release only after required registrations, approvals, security work and operating partners are in place.
A public token launch is not scheduled. The roadmap can change based on product findings and legal review.
